Easter Layout

This week is officially Back to School week and now, my life gets even MORE BUSY and hectic.
But I really want to try hard and keep up my blog...so bear with me!
As a matter of fact, I've been working on a bunch of summer/beach layouts and I can't wait to share, but maybe this weekend I can get those posted.

For now, wanted to do a quick post...

I made this for a class some months back, but now I finally got around to adding pictures.
This is one of my Easter Layouts - focusing on "The Hunt" which this year was at my house.
This is all using Doodlecharms (an oldie, but a goodie!)...
BTW, you can always click on the picture to enlarge it and see the details!

My favorite part, besides the scalloped heart (which is my absolute favorite cut on that cartridge!), is the embossed easter basket full of eggs, take a closer look...

Thanks for stopping by and feel free to leave a comment (and show me some love!)...
Have a great end of the week!

  1. I really look forward to your posts. :0) This one is great. I have a quick question. I went on vacation and have close to 400 pics. I know that not all are scrap material but I think I have enough to make an entire scrapbook from this vacation. LOTS and LOTS of great pics. Any recommendations?

  2. Wow, such a nice thing to say! I know how it is when there are so many great pics! It happens to me all the time and I like to put a lot of pics on my layouts, so my best solution for that is make collages!! My favorite (and easiest) thing to use is Picasa (free download at Picasa.com) where you can choose the photos you want, click collage and then play around with the sizes and design. This always helps me get a lot of pictures in without the clutter of too many pics (which happens to me with 4x6 pics). Hope this helps!
